Marcus gave me a very competitive price and informed me that my order would be available at the exact time that it was. When my order arrived it was well wrapped. I had a slight hiccup with a shower arm, or lack of it in the box, the sales team dealt with this immediately and a replacement was delivered within the week. My brother then helped by dropping my new sink! Marcus organised a replacement and kindly did not charge me carriage for this. Many thanks for your prompt and efficient service. The delivery driver was very curtious and smart and he brought it right into the house.
When I unpacked the cabinet, what a great surprise it was to find it packed so effectively. Plenty of protection to my valued new purchase and please compliment Roper Rhodes on both the quality of the product, but also the packaging and instructions...well worth the extra expense!
