What amazing service. I just wish I had tried you before as I had SUCH bad service from a 'large name' store and such dream TOTAL service from 'total' . The goods came immediately and VERY well packaged. In fact there was a tiny area of damage (clearly from manufacture) but 20 minutes after my email I received a call to verify the exact location and a replacement was on its way. Bath Rubber - Relating to the Bath Rubber which I received yesterday, the product has exceeded my expectations and all marks in my bath have been completely removed with the aid of a little elbow grease. I had a slight problem on delivery which was resolved very quickly to my satisfaction. Will certainly come back for any plumbing requirements.
