Excellent Service
Initial delivery was very quick. One of the items was faulty and was exchanged without hesitation within 24 hours. You only really find out how good a company is when you have to deal with their after sales service. I would not hesitate using Total Bathrooms again.

Great Customer Service
Would highly recommend using Total Bathrooms. Great communication throughout and a truely superb order process. Proactive throughout. Delivery of all items were received 48 hours after placing the orders. I have never come across such an efficient operation and I would not hesitate to use Total Bathrooms again, and recommend to others. Keep up the great service.

Superb Service
Having waited 3 weeks for a local supplier to get the required tap in stock, without success, we cancelled the order and found the required item on the website of Total Bath Rooms at over £7 cheaper. 24 hours after placing the order, we took delivery. We needed a VAT invoice and within half an hour of emailing the request through, the invoice was faxed to us. It is refreshing to discover a company so committed to customer satisfaction. We would not hesitate to use you again, and recommend to others. Very many thanks.

Wonderful service
I must say that Total Bathrooms pulled out all the stops to get my order delivered within 24 hours of contacting them (and that included delivery to the other end of the country). Absolutely wonderful service at competitive prices and you can't ask for more than that.
