Collection is from Unit 2, Brassmill Lane Trading Estate, Bath, BA1 3JF. You have the right to cancel and receive a full refund on collection if you are not 100% happy with your purchase. End of Line, Clearance and Seconds items are sold at amazing prices but are sold as seen so need to be inspected for your final approval on collection. Once collected these items are non-returnable.
Your order can take 3-5 days to pick ready for collection as some stock is kept off site and we aren’t open Sundays. Please wait till you receive a ‘Ready for Collection’ email from us before organising to come and collect. Due to the fast moving nature of our clearance stock in-store and online your order won’t be officially confirmed/ accepted until you’ve received the ‘Ready for Collection’ email from us.
