Spent time looking for bathroom accessories, and found just what I wanted on Total Bathrooms website. Ordered, paid and they arrived in only a few days, intact, great quality, and now on the walls looking great. I looked on the internet for taps for 6 weeks before finding some that I really liked and could afford, they look great. Unfortunately, they took 2 weeks to arrive (not sure if this was due to supply disruption following the snow) but my e-mail to ask when delivery was due was replied to that day and the taps received 2 days later, so customer contact service was very good. Very well packaged, would recommend.
