Marcus gave me a very competitive price and informed me that my order would be available at the exact time that it was. When my order arrived it was well wrapped. I had a slight hiccup with a shower arm, or lack of it in the box, the sales team dealt with this immediately and a replacement was delivered within the week. My brother then helped by dropping my new sink! Marcus organised a replacement and kindly did not charge me carriage for this.
