Found what we wanted on the website (very good) but still felt we needed to 'feel' the items (bathroom accessories) so visited the store, could have picked up everything but online saves 25%! Still don't understand why it was cheaper by internet as we were there... Oh well that aside, delivery arrived within 72 hours. very well packed and all in order - althought not yet installed (Flow type). All in all excellent. Our prices online are cheaper because the online department has less overheads.
